How to mange diffrenent category using one owrdpress installation.

I have a website like abc.com. There are different section in the website like, abc.com/sports/ ,abc.com/movie/, abc.com/health/. Now I want that my site user for different section( Sports,Movie,Health) can post their comment for their relevant section. I have installed one wordpress on the root of site. I want that using one wordpress installation i can manage all the wordpress blog for different section and it looks lke this.
abc.com/sports/news/
abc.com/movie/news/
abc.com/health/news/Can this this possible.
