How to map to a domain with existing content?

    If I map to another domain name ((email visible only to moderators and staff) hosted by 123.Reg) which already has content published on it (through Publisher and Core FTP), what happens to the existing content? Is it simply superseded/overridden?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The way the content of a website is hosted is separate from the domain name, so you can change which site the domain name points to without impacting the content at all.

    That having been said, if you want to keep the existing content, you will have to keep paying your host, or export your content to a local drive.
