How to mark adult content?

  Hello all,
  I have a wordpress blog that is adult in nature. On other blogs of this type there is a place that warns readers of this and asks them to certify that they want to read the content. I have looked through all the setting I can find and I see nothing that addresses this issue. I did find a place that allows users to report adult content so I turned myself in as an adult site but I have had no response.
