How to merge or eliminate sites without losing posts?

  I created navyhatch.wordpress.com a while back and then couldn’t get back in to access it. So I created navysawblog.wordpress.com and have been posting several posts to that site by using my ipad. Recently I was able to access my second site from the computer I use and then last night I attempted to create a post from the computer and plug it into the second site and whamo it showed up on the first site. I was successful in adding the sites to the same admin access on my ipad. But, every time I try to add it on the computer it tells me that site already exists. How do I merge them and or eliminate the first site; navyhatch.wordpress.com?

  The best way to do this to export the posts from the site you don’t want to use, import them to the one you do want to use and then empty or delete the old site.

  And here are your options for deleting/closing the site you don’t need any more
