How to mix old blog content into new layout (same domain)

    Hi my blog with 300+ blog posts. I am turning it into a content writing service website. Please advice how to integrate old blog posts into new website (with categories and tags). Problem is I don’t want to bring old blogposts to front or limelight but also want seo benefit. In new layout there will be where i will have new blog content.

    if you are transferring from WP to WP you export/import everything through the admin page

    if it is from an outside source you can use the links below

    .my present host transferred (copied) my entire blog content and put it under hissite.com/mydomain, his traffic zoomed, when i noticed i asked him to pull content down with 404 but he is still getting traffic (its 12 days now)
    is 404 the correct way to remove content ?now my site looks like a duplicate
    what else can i do? where to report….pls help
