How to mod rewrite /feed/ when referrer is google?
-
Often google shows the link as
http://www.mysite.com/feed/
when someone searches for terms. How can I use mod rewrite to check the referrer, and when it is Google, remove the directory, /feed/ from the URL the surfer sees?

Google is picking up the feed from one of the blog ping services probably. (They monitor them for their Blog Search engine) It’ll take time until it fully scans your blog. We do not have access to mod_rewrite nor the .htaccess file here.
