  How to change my e-mail sent to my followers, I mean, the message they get when they subscribe, if they can see all the text of the post… Thanks !

  The options you can adjust are available in the widget itself, which you can find by going to Appearance > Widgets and clicking on the Follow Blog widget:

  With regard to the content of the email, your site is already set to show the Full Text of posts. If you prefer to send only a summary, you can do that by going to Settings > Reading and selecting to show Summary instead:
