How to modify my misspelled domain name?

    Hello, there was an issue when setting up my blog and the domain name was misspelled.
    I would like to correct that issue and. It sould be goingabroad.wordpress.com and not goingabraod.wordpress.com.
    What can I do to fix it?

    Hi there

    Head to your dashboard and select “My blogs”. When you mouse over your blog’s title the option, “change blog address” will appear. Click on that and follow the prompts, and please read any warning messages that appear before continuing. Full instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

    However, I quickly checked and see that the address you want is already in use, i.e. not available to register. You’ll either have to think of another address, or you can try leaving a comment for the owner of that blog (I notice he/she has comments enabled on one of the pages) asking him/her to transfer the blog ownership to you. It’s a long shot and will only work if he’s willing and still monitors notifications from this blog, but it’s really your only option if you’re dead set on using this address as WordPress will not transfer ownership of the blog to you.
