How to Monetize my Website under Free Plan

  I started my website on wordpress only a few weeks ago under free plan. I wish to know if I can monetize my website under free plan. If so, how?

  If not, what minimum do I need to do so that I am able to monetize my website? If i take a paid plan on wordpress, what guarantee is there that I shall be able to earn somerthing? I shall very much apprteciate your guidance. My website is ‘esskaycom.wordpress.com’.
