How to move a localhost wordpress site to already registered wordpress domain ?
-
I have built a wordpress site locally. Now I want to host the site globally.
I already have bought a wordpress blog domain (i.e. It changed the site name from xyz.wordpress.com to xyz.org )
Now how I can transfer my local plugins and themes to xyz.org ??
Or how can I add custom themes and plugins to xyz.org ???
Please help
( I need the help for some other blog which I can’t publish now )The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot add themes or plugins to a WordPress.com blog, regardless of the upgrades you buy.
You can import your local version to that blog by going to the dashboard Tools page of your offline blog, clicking EXPORT to export the contents, and on the corresponding Tools page of the online blog, click IMPORT. Make sure everything has ported over.

Ok ,thanks. But if I want to add custom plugin to http://lajja.org/ then how can I achieve it ??

What I wanted to say is , that whether it is possible to use the domain http://lajja.org/ from wordpress and host it from some other vendors like bluehost or godaddy . Sorry If I am unable to convey my message properly.

So in that case will I be able to upload custom themes and plugins, i.e. transferring the local wp files to that server ???

If it’s a WordPress.org blog on external hosting then yes, assuming you don’t sign up with a host that has restrictions on that sort of thing.
