How to move a page to cartegory tab.

  Here is my word press blog http://www.cameroonechoes.org/
  I have added Tal.ki forum on a page but I want it to appear at the top category tab with the other categories. Is there a way to create a category called “community” and link it to the tal.kie page to that when someone clikcs on community in the category tab, they are taken straight to forum?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
