How to move Ap Form my PC tomy WordPress blog?

    I have an Ap that I downloaded to my download folder on my PC from the site I purchased it from. I think I needed to download it to a WordPress account which I did not have at the time of the download. How can I move this Ap from my download folder to my new Premium WordPress page?
