how to move blog from wp.com archive to web hosting company

  I would like to know if anybody knows how to move an archive from wp.com blog to a wp.org on to a new web hosting company
  How to do it in order to keep everything ‘s store and not lose the archive??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
