How to move blog posts

  We recently transferred all my blog posts to a new Word Press site. My menu shows to ‘Home’ pages and one ‘Blog’. However, all my blog posts do not appear in the ‘Blog’ section. They appear in the ‘Home’. When I try to edit, only one ‘Home’ is listed. Confusing, huh?!!
