How to move categories to other pages

  How can I move categories on Page 1 to Page 2?
  Is there a user guide I can read to learn WordPress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Blog posts that are categorized exist in three places: on the main blog page, on their unique post page, and on the Category page. These pages are ALL different from a real static page.

  Static pages, like “PAGE 2” never contain dynamic content like continuously updated posts. They are for info which does not change, like a bio or About page.
