How to move 'Comment' box position

    I use the Janice theme and notice that my comments box is now located right at the bottom of any post, underneath ‘other posts you may like’ suggestions etc – i.e. the comments box is basically not very visible. I would like to make it the first thing people say as they scroll to the the end of a post. Is there a custom CSS I can use to change the comments box location?

    This would a be structural change a bit beyond what can be accomplished with just CSS.
