how to move comment box to top of comments section

  Hi, Does anyone know how to move the comment box to the top of the comment section so that users dont have to scroll through comments to get to it. thanks

  Change themes. It’s theme-dependent.

  Can one not edit the theme that is in use to change this?

  No, we cannot edit themes here without a solid working knowledge of CSS and the paid CSS upgrade.
