how to move followers to wordpress.org site

  I changed from a wordpress.com to a wordpress.org. website. They have the same domain name – patticapparelli.com I would like to move my followers to my new site. I would love help with this. Thanks.

  Staff can move your email susbscribers only. They can do that after you install the JetPack plugin and activate it on your WordPress.org site.
