How to move my followers to .org

I would like to transfer my email followers from wordpress.com blog to wordpress.org blog site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and have posted the relevant URL(s) into this thread, Staff will do the transfer of subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention so please do that now.

Your subscribers and followers have been transferred as requested. Just a heads-up that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
You might also want to consider a Site Redirect upgrade to automatically have visitors to http://motheronedge.wordpress.com/ sent to http://motheronedge.com, and ensure that new subscribers sign up on the right blog.
