How to move my site to Worpress.org

  Please let me know how to move my website hosted in wordpress.com to worpress.org.

  I’ve already seen the following guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org . However, I’m not sure about the domain (www.anoopcnair.com) which I purchased through wordpress can be used in wordpress.org or not?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
