How to move my wordpress.com to my domain site

  I have been working on my site http://www.dubbadeena.wordpress.com. I have almost finished working on it but now I would like to link my domain site http://www.dubbadeena.com to my wordpress site. When I enter dubbadeena.com into my browswer, it takes me to another site that I was working on over a year ago. As I an absolute novice I am scared that I will click on the worng button and totally mess everything up.
  I have tried reading the support page Mapping to a domain but I got lost when I reached ” First, you will need to update your domain’s “name servers” to the following: NS1.WORDPRESS.COM!! then it all read like jargon.
  Can you direct me to the easiest way to do this? i know there is one and would be really grateful!
