How to move out from WordPress.com?
-
I am having problems to get answers for questions I sent. I imagine that it takes time. I would like to hear from someone soon.
Since I can not get answers, I am considering moving to a self-hosted service using WP platform. Now that I have sign up for WordPress.com and asked my URL to be pointed to you, how can I move out and use a hosted service? Please advise.

I just found the one question your sent us yesterday and replied via email.
Basically, we actually can’t accept incoming domain transfers. You’ll need to just map it here following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
If you’re interested in leaving WordPress.com, we do offer an upgrade called Guided Transfer (available in the Store section of your blog’s Dashboard) where we take care of everything for you.
Otherwise, you’ll need to install WordPress from http://wordpress.org/ on a hosting provider. We have some recommendations at http://get.wordpress.com/hosting/
Once that’s done, you can move your content following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress at:
http://wordpress.org/support/
http://codex.wordpress.org/We do offer yearly and one-time premium support packages for self-hosted WordPress sites through our VIP program, available at http://vip.wordpress.com
