How to move plugin dialog box from under post edit window to right sidebar?

    Talking about the WP eMember plugin. In previous versions of WordPress, its dialog box logically appeared in the right sidebar, along with options to choose post category, publish, etc. In the current version, it appears under the central post edit window. When I try to drag it to the right sidebar, cursor turns to the standard “drag” icon, I drag it to the right sidebar, but it will not move outside the central post editor column. Any way to get it over to the right with all the other dialog boxes? Thank you.
