how to move post from a menu to other menu?

i posted a post, currently it appears in a menu and I want to move it to the other menu. how can u do that?

Hello,
It seems, instead of Pages, you would need to create Categories that you can place your posts in to. Pages are static, the Categories can show a feed of blog posts from a given category. You can add the Categories as Menu items to your navigation.
