Hello! If you’re talking about ordering the posts that display on your front page post feed, those are shown in order of post date with the newest on top.
You could always change the published date on your posts to get them to show up in a certain order. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/
Just in case you might be asking about changing the order of pages in your site menu, I’ll include a link to changing that as well: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

Because your site is only 11 hours old, you should have no problem changing the dates on your posts. It will become an issue, however, once your site is indexed by search engines because the date is part of the link to posts here on WordPress.com. When you change the date on a post it changes what the link to that post is. If Google (et al) has indexed that post, the old link will remain so when a reader clicks on the old link he will see a 404 error—”post not found”—until Google re-indexes your site. This is not good for SEO (search engine optimization).http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/

The Eighties theme offers a portfolio option which you can use to organize your site so the important information is easily accessible to your readers. This should get you started:

You can link to posts, pages, or other places on the internet with custom menus. -
