How to move subscribers?

  I would like to move my current subscribers from my wordpress.com site to my self hosted wordpress.org site. I have already set up the jetpack plugin and activated the subscriptions widget on the new site. Directions stated to contact wordress.com after setting this up to complete transfer.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
