How to move the first picture up, so it appears better in home page?

  I am trying to get my picture in the Home page higher so it can be viewed better
  but wont let me how can I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please go to My Site → Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS and add the below code :

  .wp-site-blocks .site-header{
  padding-bottom:0 !important
  }
  .wp-block-spacer{
  height:0 !important;
  }
