How to move the menu below the top banner (The Morning After Theme)

  Any indications how could I move my website menu below the top banner? At the moment the menu is above together with the Subscribe to RSS …
  Any CSS commands to sort it out without any pain?

  Add the following to your custom CSS:

  #topbanner {
    margin-bottom:28px;
  }
  
  #navigation {
    position:absolute;
    top:70px;
  }
