How to Move Website to WordPress.com

  Greetings,
  Can anyone guide me on how I can move my website with the same design and look to wordpress.com from wordpress.org? I want to move it because I heard that wordpress.com premium is better than wordpress.org. I have not knowledge about technical things, so please guide me or mention me any post where I can get help.
