How to move widget to top of the site

  Hi Everybody!
  My name is Witold
  I have got website: http://auckland.witold.work/Blog/

  I using Polylang plugin to translate website to 2 language, problem is with locating widgets to changing language (flags) in my template is left sidebar and right sidebar and footer for locating widgets but I need to locate this language switcher somewhere on top of site, or below top menu etc. (or something addon which allow me to add widget to top of page or post)

  I was trying to find something plugins for add new locations for widget… but I fails
  (I tried:
  Extended Widget Options for WordPress
  Content Aware Sidebars and this not allow me do it what i need :(

  Can you help me please.
