How to – NO show – comments for articles and pages?

    Hello!

    I do not want that in all pages or articles it is possible to see “comments”, how I do that?

    I try to modify every article (the quick modification) and click not allow to comments, but still it is not working.

    Someone can help me? Do I need to change theme?
