How to not count my own hits.

  Hi.
  Anyone knows how I can stop the stats in WordPress from counting the hits from my own computers?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you have a private blog that’s not possible. If you have a public blog then if you are logged-out your page views are not being counted. http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

  I may be stupid, but how do I know if my blogg is public or not? And if it is public does that then stop counting my hits when I am logged in?
