How to not duplicate words in title?

  Hi. I’m working on the Title for my home page. I want the title to be “How to do Speech Therapy at Home.” This is what I entered at the very top of the Edit page and this is what I see as a page title in the list of my different pages. I don’t want the “Speech Therapy At Home” part that follows it in the preview window. I don’t know where this phrase is entered or how to get rid of it. I made the site a number of years ago and am now wanting to give it a refresh. I’m assuming the duplication of words isn’t good SEO practice – at least Yoast is suggesting I change it.

  Hello there,

  Speech Therapy At Home

  This is the site title, rather than the page title, so this can be changed generally via Settings > General.

  You can also edit this per page in the Yoast Meta settings and you can delete this as seen here:
