How to Not Moderate Comments?

  i have un-clicked all 3 of these below n comments still can’t be posted unless i approve them… is there anything else i need to do as i don’t want to approve any comments… i want them to be posted on blogs right away… thanks in advance ^.^

  Before a comment appears:
  An administrator must always approve the comment
  Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
  Comment author must have a previously approved comment

  OK i added under Comment Moderation number 2 for :
  Hold a comment in the queue if it contains 2 or more links. before i changed it to 0… now it works with a default ^.^
