How to notify Google webmasters of change of web address

  I am confused. Please help me out here guys.
  I want to know that when I buy the domain upgrade for $13, how will I notify the change of address in google webmasters tools.
  My website is already registered, but it is a subdomain of wordpress.com. If you know of any solution, please tell me. I’m stuck.

  I guess when You upgrade to domain upgrade for $13 there comes a option in wordpress.com dashboard to point your domain to your main domain and the wordpress.com guys does a 301 redirect for all the pages of old site to your new site.

  That is done in your Google Webmasters account.
