how to obtain a security report

  In 2023 we have requested a copy of Automatic’s SOC-2 report for our department’s security review. However, Automatic support stated that the SOC-2 report is only available for enterprise level/VIP clients, of which we are not. We wanted to know if Automatic has reversed its decision and allow any subscriber to obtain the SOC-2 report. If not, does Automatic have other types of security audits that it can share (i.e. ISO/IEC 27001, CSA STAR Level 2, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF or PCI DSS Level 1)?
