how to obtain email addresses under our mapped domain

  Hello I have a question about our domain that we have mapped here faithchristiansv.org and we have it set up with custom domain at the place we bought the domain from to point to our wordpress page. I am trying to find out
  if we can get email addresses with this domain but not sure if I come to wordpress or the site that we bought the domain from. On that site it says email is not available for custom dns servers. I am going to put in a call to them as well. Just trying to figure out which person we go through to purchase email accounts (email visible only to moderators and staff)
