How to ONLY renew Domain without paying for Premium Bundle?

    Hi,

    I would like to self-host by blog due to WordPress.com limitations.
    I initiated the transfer on 16 July but I neglected to accept the transfer, which is a huge mistake on my part.

    Now my domain has expired on wordpress on 22 July.

    Therefore what I need to do is to renew my domain, and ONLY my domain on wordpress, or more exactly VIA wordpress, who is using the WildWestDomains.com. If I could renew via WildWestDomains.com I would but I cannot find any information how to. As such I suspect I have to do it through WordPress.

    I refuse to pay for the entire $99 WordPress Premium Bundle as I am already planning to self host my blog and I have already paid for the hosting site for the coming year ahead. So can someone please enlighten me how can I just renew my domain?

    Hi Ena,

    I’m sorry for the trouble with your domain transfer earlier. I just removed the expired WordPress.com Premium plan from your account, so now you can renew just the domain from your My Upgrades page here:

    https://enabalista.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

    Please be sure to renew it as soon as possible, as there is a limited grace period for renewing expired domains.
