How To Open Text In Sidebar 1

I created a page about a month ago and added text into the sidebar1 in the widgets page. Today I went to edit the text but the text link under that sidebar settings won’t allow me to open it to edit when I click on the arrow on the rigth side. I’ve refreshed the page and even logged out and back in but it still won’t allow me to open it. Meanwhile, when I go to that page online, the sidebar text is there–I just need to edit it. Anyone know what’s going on and how to edit this text? Thank you!

Thank you. The blog is http://www.aspectsintegrationcoaching.com and when you add /coaching this will take you to the particular page that has the sidebar text I want to edit. For whatever reason it won’t open in the widget page under Sidebar1 text…
