How to opt back in to email subscription on my wordpress reader

  I was on a website that I wanted to follow today. I hit the ‘follow by email’ button, entered my email and clicked. I got a notification that said, ‘The email address has opted out of subscription emails.
  You can manage your preferences at subscribe.wordpress.com’ Okay, for the life of my, I cannot find anyplace or anyway to opt back into subscription emails. Can someone help me?

  If you go to https://wordpress.com/following/edit, you can manage your followed sites and add new ones (if you have the URL).
