How to organize posts from Latest to Older ones

In the blog, every new post is appearing at the end of the page, as a user I have to scroll down the page for the latest updates and older ones are appearing on the top.
Kindly help me to figure out this.

Have you checked if your first posts are set as sticky? If you set them as sticky, they stay on top of the page as they’re put in evidence, therefore your other entries are sorted all down them.
To check if a post is set as sticky, from your Dashboard go to Posts>All Posts. Scroll the list of your articles: the ones that are put in evidence have the ” — Sticky” sign next to their titles.
To un-stick them, access the post editor and change the Visibility options on the Publish box (right side of the screen). Uncheck the ‘Stick this post to the front page’ option, then hit the blue Update button.
