How to overlay header text over header image?

    How do I overlay the header text over the header image? When I add a header image the header text shows above the image not on top of it. How am I able to do this? I’m using the Able theme. The blog is animevalley.wordpress.com. Thanks in advance.

    You can’t change this, except if you have the Custom Design upgrade.
    You can switch to a different theme, or you can use an image editing application to add the title and tagline to the image itself, then go to Appearance > Header, uplad the new version and uncheck the option “Show header text with your image”.
