How to overview

Amazon S3 problem is no longer a problem and without any damage, I saw. But it does happen once in a while that images disappear from their place in the media library and thus from the related post. I don’t know how it works; too many Kb’s? sort of short-time upload memory?
The real problem is that as a blogger you are not aware it happens, and may stumble upon it only by accident. I mean, the bigger your blog gets, the less the overview control, right? Is there a quicker way to detect lost images, apart from having to open and scan all 50-250-500 media library pages?… -
Can you give me an example? I’ve only seen that three or four times in the past two years, and it’s always been fixed within eight hours.

No, I can’t. It happened 4 or 5 times, I think (in one year), some of them were in the library but no longer on the page. And I reloaded them of course. But to search some 100 media library pages or 200 blog items and their Read On clickeables for another one that may have gone blank recently, well…
Come to think of it, initially I meddled with the tags codes, to get rid of unwanted borders. That may have been the culprit.It’s not a real disaster. If an image disappears, I’ll upload it again.
