How to pass variables into WordPress page.

Hello,
I need to pass code from a WordPress URL into code on that WordPress page. The code is needed to go into a Zoho Form link to auto fill the form. So essentially I have a URL similar to this;
And on that page I have a form code that looks similar to this;
[zohoForms src=https://forms.zohopublic.com/joecunningham/form/UTMTestForm/formperma/_55b4a9132_hzj8lm_15M0Jed width=100% height=1200px/]
And I want to append the end of that code so it looks like this;
[zohoForms src=https://forms.zohopublic.com/joecunningham/form/UTMTestForm/formperma/_55b4a9132_hzj8lm_15M0Jed?utm_source=John%27sSource width=100% height=1200px/]
so that what is after utm_source= on the form is the same as what is on the URL.
What is the best way to pass this value?

Well, I already have Zoho forms working on our site so that’s not really what I’m asking. I’m just looking for a way to take a variable from the URL string (say “utm_source=John”) and use that on the page.

This site https://joecunningham2.wordpress.com/ which is hosted by WordPress.COM on our servers has not been updated since 2012.
What is the URL of the site hosted by WordPress.COM that you are referring to please?
