how to paste a paper typed on MS word?

Today, I tried to paste a paper I typed on MS Word onto Word Press as a new post. [My edition on Word has the formatting & hyperlinks I need.]
But, I can’t do that anymore. The little box where I used to paste documents copied from Word is gone and when I paste the document on to Word Press, ALL the formatting is gone.
Please help! The system worked so well before.

Word is not web-compliant and if you want to do formatting offline you will have to use a web compliant program like Windows Live Writer. Staff have changed the way copy paste works because Word was ruining too many blogs, literally ruining them. Just get Windows Live Writer. You will be very happy with it and it’s free.
