How to pay for continued hosting of a site after owner’s passing

    We would like to pay for that site to continue running as is after the owner passed away. Who do we contact to make the payment arrangements? I’m not looking to have admin or posting or even billing access. I just want to be able to pay for the next several years of hosting to keep the site alive.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    I’m sorry, I wasn’t clear about what I was asking.

    I am not related to the holder of the domain/site. I’m with an organization that would like to see their blog continue to be available for others to read at the original domain for years to come.

    I do not want administrative access, I do not want to change anything about the blog. I just want to pay for its continued existence. How may I do that?

    I do not know where you got the americanyogaacademyblog.wordpress.com link from. That was not the site I linked privately in my post above.

    Again, this is not a site under our control, we don’t want control, we just want to pay for its continued existence and domain name.

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pay for someone else’s hosting or domain name. Domain names especially require up-to-date owner contact information; if the owner is deceased, that could impact the status of the domain.
