    Hi there,

Your domain therapianist.com expired 78 days ago on January 12, 2015. The Domain Expiration process takes about 80 days total, so your domain is almost completely expired.

It’s actually past the redemption period now, so there’s no way to renew it at this stage. Our domain registrar is in the process of removing the expired domain completely — once that’s done, you can try to register it again as a new domain from the Domains page. (I can’t guarantee if or when the domain will be available to register, so I’d recommend checking back regularly to see if it’s available.)

I see you already paid $13 to try to renew the domain, so I’ve added that as credits on your account that you can use to register the domain again. If you prefer, I can refund that payment.

Please let me know if you have any questions!

    Hi Rachel,
I connected it to Therapianist.net, instead. Still, it is unclear to me where I should input ns1.wordpress.com and ns2.wordpress.com. I am reading the instruction, but without understanding. Thank you for your help!

    Hi there,

The domain therapianist.net looks like it was originally registered with Squarespace. Did you register the domain there? If so, you’ll need to go to Squarespace to make those changes to the domain’s name servers.

These are the name servers you’ll need to enter for your domain:

    • NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    • NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

Squarespace has instructions for Opening DNS Settings for domains registered with them, to make that change. You can contact Squarespace if you have any questions about that process.

That will point your domain to WordPress.com so you can use it with your site here. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

    Hi Rachel,
I didn’t understand who owned what domain and made a mistake trying to make changes to the wordpress name servers, only to realize I can’t. Now I click “Edit” on MY Domain page, but “Remove|” therapianist.net is unavailable. Could you help me delete that and get a refund?
    Thank you,
    There

I’ve removed and refunded your domain mapping subscription for therapianist.net.

I also noticed your original domain is available again. If you’d like to go back to having therapianist.com as your custom domain, you can re-register it now from the domains page linked below

Let me know if you need anything else!
