how to pay for hosting here so I can use paypal

  My domain is registered at godaddy and pointing to my free wordpress blog. I would like to add paypal functions so i need to pay for hosting. What is the easiest way to do this without having to rebuild my blog elsewhere? I’m hoping I can pay wordpress to host my blog and then be able to have the paypal buttons. Thank you.
