  That is usually due to logging in with the wrong account name – you need to be logged in as the account that bought the upgrade to renew it

  Is there another account you might have used to buy the upgrade?

  I have also flagged this for the staff to help

  Another person on my staff is shown as buying it but I am paying for it and she prefers not to use my credit card. I own the site. How do we change this?

  Should I send you the link to what the page looks like?

  Hi there,

  If your staff member would like to transfer ownership of that upgrade to you, you’ll be able to renew and manage the upgrade directly from your WordPress.com account. She can contact us directly to request that, and we’ll then transfer the upgrade to your account.
