How to Pay for WordPress Premium and Domain Renewal
-
How do I renew my WordPress premium and domain name? Every time I go to my website it says “The domain ______ was registered on ______ as a part of WordPress Premium.” It has a button that you can click to “Renew now at $99 per year.” When I click that button, it directs me to “My Upgrades,” which has no button to renew the domain. I click “Learn More” under the WordPress Premium tab, which directs me to a payment page, but every time I try to pay it gives me the following error: “This blog already has some of these upgrades. Did you mean to renew your subscriptions?” but there is no link to remedy the problem. What the heck do I do because my blog expires in two days?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you very much! I am at a total loss and I would hate to lose my website when the premium membership and domain expire in 2 days.

Hi there,
I’m sorry for the confusion. A different administrator on this site owns the WordPress.com Premium upgrade and domain. Only the WordPress.com user who owns the upgrade can renew it, so you’ll need to log in as that user (or ask that person to log in) to renew everything.
You can see which user owns an upgrade by going to Store > My Upgrades in the dashboard and look for “Purchased by” under the upgrade there. If you aren’t sure what account that name belongs to, you can see a full list of the users on the site under Users > All Users in the dashboard.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that!
